Exhibition is about cinema and getting film to audiences.
Screen WM supports regional cinemas to broaden the audiences for film, and to broaden the range of films that audiences have a chance to see. Funding for exhibition is available through the Access Fund and a Regional Exhibition Co-ordinator was recently appointed to support, promote and develop the exhibiton sector in the region.
Have a look at the various exhibition events in the region in the Festivals and Events section, or you can find out about the past exhibition projects Screen WM has funded by clicking here.
Please make sure you visit this section regularly to keep up to date with all of the current projects we’re dealing with and to find out what is happening in the screen media exhibition sector in the West Midlands.
A forum open to exhibitors from across the West Midlands region meets on a quarterly basis to exchange news, information and ideas and develop collaborative projects. If you're involved in film exhibition in any form, whether in a cinema, film society, mobile operation or film club and would like to come along contact us for details of the next meeting.

An e-bulletin featuring regional exhibition news, events, funding updates and training opportunities is circulated to exhibitors on a monthly basis. If you would like to sign up to recieve the bulletin or have any news or events you'd like to submit for inclusion contact Emma Bangham, Regional Exhibition Co-ordinator at Screen WM.
In 2005 with the help of the Independent Cinema Office, we reviewed our funding priorities for Exhibition, including film festivals and produced a consultation document and questionnaire to gather your views. A number of key recommendations emerged.
