If you attended the national premiere of Tormented last night in Birmingham then you will already know what a fantastic night it was. Glamour, glitz, celebrities, the key cast, crew, producers and our events organiser’s dressed up in school uniforms, as well as a brilliant chalk artist drawing the little faces that feature on the characters mobile phones throughout the film…
Kate Lawler and OJ Borg from Kerrang! came along to introduce the film and handed over to our very own Lee Thomas who introduced the producers and director Jon Wright with all the key cast..
After watching the film, the evening continued across the road at Gatecrasher where the Kerrang! DJ’s got people onto the dance floor, including some funky moves from some of our Screen WM people… (No names will be mentioned…but there was something about body popping?!!)
Hosting the second National Premiere this year, Screen WM were delighted to welcome the cast and crew from Tormented to the West Midlands and to Birmingham – an all in all very successful evening and a great prelude to the opening night which is tonight!
