Writing for Video Games Workshop
Videogames is a medium that demands much of the writers working in it. Beyond a knowledge of the three act structure, scene development and the demands of screen storytelling, a writer must know how interactivity affects their craft.
The workshop will furnish delegates with a complete overview of the game-making process, from pitch to product, before exploring the vocational possibilities for writers within this process.
Tutors will be leading games writers James Swallow (Deus Ex 3, Battlestar Galactica, Killzone 2, Star Trek Invasion) and Andy Walsh (Risen, Prince of Persia, Heavenly Sword, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix).
When: Thursday 30th July
Where: London
Price: £100 + VAT (Total = £115)
