Course Content
This course is designed for APs, Researchers and others in production expected to cover simple sound requirements using a camera such as the Z1.
This mainly practical course combines some theory to enable a better ability to deal with new situations which might be, or have been encountered.
All common scenarios are discussed and we look at using a boom, personal mics, radio mics and hand-held mics and for what reasons they are all designed differently. We consider plugging the microphones directly into the camera and using a two channel MixPre location mixer and also think about the best use of the two channels of audio that can be recorded with the vision.
Delegates are encouraged to bring any equipment they own to help familiarisation.
