Media and Film Education Forum
This Screen WM led forum brings together Media and Film Education focussed regional SME’s to develop a joined up, fully networked and innovative approach to the sustainable development of the Education Sector.

Members meet quarterly to share ideas and best practice, develop collaborative projects, hear the latest formal and informal education news and link to other networks such as our exhibition and archive forums. The events which are facilitated by Screen WM are totally FREE and open to anyone involved in delivering film and media activity within the West Midlands. What’s more, we also book expert sector specific speakers who may be able to offer advice on how to develop your creative business into the future.
Screen WM runs an open access policy to membership and it’s absolutely FREE to sign up. You can do this by visiting www.red-rex.com Screen WM’s dedicated social networking site for media and film exhibitors, archivists and training providers. Once signed up you can connect on a daily basis with over 300 creative industry partners including Digital/Media and Production companies who may have similar interests in line with your business objectives.
These industry focussed events are held at Millennium Point in partnership the Birmingham City Universities Technology, Engineering and the Environment department and are followed by the wider creative network – also free to attend.
So if you're involved in film and media education in any form and would like to come along then please contact Anthony Hughes for more information. We’d also welcome interest from private sector companies who are interested to hear how a ‘creative focus’ can support Social Responsibility Strategies.
