The 2nd UKFC/Skillset supported Initialize Films International Co-Production Lab is intended for Producers working in documentary, animation or fiction, who have a feature in an advanced stage of development which they want to make as an International Co-production. It takes place in London and Berlin (at the 2009 Berlin Film Festival) over 10 days in January and February 2009. Lead tutors Rebecca O' Brien (The Wind That Shakes the Barley) and Christine Alderson (Irina Palm) will be joined by over 20 international experts to provide a comprehensive analysis of co-production strategies.
The lab is backed by UK Film Council through Skillset and Olswang.
