First Light is the UK’s leading organisation providing support and funding to young people aged 5-19 to gain film and media skills to improve their lives. First Light wants to recruit two new members of staff to support the Birmingham based team:
Administration Assistant £13,500
An enthusiastic all-rounder needed to provide general admin support to the team. This is a varied role and the post-holder will need to prioritise workload, manage time and be flexible. Office experience desirable.
Project Co-ordinator £25,000 - £30,000
Organisational skills are the key attribute of this role. The post-holder will be commissioning and co-ordinating filmmaking projects across the UK as part of the LOCOG-funded Cultural Olympiad project Film Nation, as well as moderating content submitted to a national filmmaking competition. Experience of managing complex projects and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
