Bursaries to attend Cheltenham Screenwriters’ Festival
Screen WM want to support a strong pool of writing talent here in the West Midlands: writers who are enthusiastic and driven about a career as a writer.
And so we are delighted to announce a brand new screenwriter bursaries scheme! The scheme will support 10 writers to attend the popular Cheltenham Screenwriters’ Festival from Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd July. The festival brings together professional industry delegates, high profile guests and new talent from around the world to debate and discuss screenwriting. Applicants must have one project in active development, and it is advisable to have had at least one project produced or published, or received financial backing for development.
