enhance & advance
During 2004-05, companies who wanted to upskill their existing management and staff to provide a better workforce and a more productive and economical business, took part in our enhance & advance scheme.
All companies were visited by a qualified independent consultant and took part in a Company Wide Training Needs Analysis. By witnessing how the Company worked and informally interviewing management and staff, a detailed picture of training needs, and realistic aims to achieve these needs could be built.
These companies then had the option to apply for funds to fill the skills gaps, as identified through the TNA. The amounts awarded are shown where appropriate.
